Palmer refinish
I have a Palmer first catalog cue that I'm trying to sell for a friend. It is in bad need of refinishing, but in the Blue Book of Cues, it says that if just anyone refinishes it, it drops quite a bit in value. Any suggestions? Thanks!- bsmutz
