    BECUE Engage 11.8

So I just got my becue 11.8 engage shaft fitted with a HOW M tip. I was skeptical about them weighing in at 120g and it being a kind of standard, thats 4.2oz, But let me tell you that shaft is very well balanced and that weight is in the back giving the shaft a lighter feel. Also the Aurora...

    Cuetec cynergy

true, and thats great of Seyberts, real stand up company, their customer service is top notch. And true about the repair guys or cue maker assuming he has a local guy. I know Spitz or Hill would have probably told me to run my shaft by and just done it on the house. Either way I hope the...

    Cuetec cynergy

Ok no need to be a smarty pants, It would be the same me asking you are you going to pay for him to go have someone tap it "correctly" to fix his problem? All I am saying is lube goes a long way in many situations lol. It's worth a try but if it still feels like he's forcing it too much then...

3/8-10 is 3/8-10 the difference is the thread pitch I have made custom pin work just fine on regular threads, now Im pretty sure it would be real tight using a regular 3/8-10 pin on modified custom 3/8-10 pin but should still work with some elbow grease, Cynergy shafts also have a softer joint...

I like a tight fit, means less void and potential problems in my opinion, just put some chap stick in the threads of your pin. Yes I'm serious, this should help a bit.

Kamui vs Moori tips what say you?

Blast from the past, but good to see Moori is still coming out of peoples mouth, I tried out a Moori green jewel for kicks around a year ago, seemed to do what I asked of the cue ball. I have had more problems with Kamui as far as quality control and glazing, I gave up on them awhile ago.

    Kielwood vs Carbon fiber

Hollow out the front 3-4 inches and re plug with 1/4in thick wood cap watch those deflection numbers drop.

Cue Shaft extensions vs Cue Butt extensions.

Im seeing balance point coming into play more than anything. Some people like the way a forward weighted cue feels, you can easily obtain that with a 2inch shaft extension, problem here is if the joints are not faced up correctly you can have a pretty nasty looking wobble. Some people are...

    Could Willie make the team?

No doubt in my mind if he was " here" in his prime, this day and age. But just brought him back I'm sure he'd have something to say about them pockets lol. He also could deal with the all the "Heckling" with no issue, he had to deal with Fats plenty of times...

How Long To Adjust To A Different Shaft?

Easiest answer I have is time, you have to give time time sometimes, could take little or more just gotta buckle down. But if you start to see improvements and perks to the new shaft vs. what you were playing with then it may not be worth it.

Mezz WX-Σ (Sigma) shaft deflection compared to the Predator

Guessing the 314, but it probably has less deflection.
