    Joss warranty?

Yes... most of the companies I mention, and others by the way, will replace your shaft if it EVER warps. That is for the original owner only and it may rarely come into play, but still it indicates a confidence in their product and a level of customer service that Joss does not offer, for...

    Joss warranty?

Good evening folks. I know there are a lot of Joss fans out there but I was wondering...I'm thinking of buying a Joss but I'm a little concerned about their warranty. As far as I can tell it's weak compared to others in the industry? All the other quality made-in-USA cue companies such as...

    Stout case reviews

I just bought a Stout case. Because of this website I was going to get a JB, but after I called them twice without getting an answer or being able to leave a message, and after sending them an email that never got a response I decided to save $60 and get some customer service. Maybe JB cases are...

    OB or Jacoby shafts?

I've heard nothing but good feedback on OB and Jacoby. Why don't you like either of them?

    OB or Jacoby shafts?

Greetings all. I have a McDermott cue and may upgrade to a laminated shaft. I'm not an advanced player, but am thinking ahead. Any thoughts on one being better than the other, or another option that fits a 3/8X10 joint? I know a lot of guys might suggest Predator but I like the idea of made in...

Your pool cue thoughts before I make my Purchase

This is a late post, but the Pechauer you mention is a fine choice. I just bought the JP02-N and the finish and quality feel is impressive. It's a very firm hit if you like that.Their website shows really impressive construction and QC techniques. It's also a real bargain. Go for it.

Your pool cue thoughts before I make my Purchase

Can't go wrong with your first choice. Pechauer is good stuff. I just got a JP02-N myself last week

3/8x10 joint problems with wood shafts?

I'm thinking of getting a McDermott, and was wondering...does anybody know of any problems resulting from stainless steel butt joints going into threaded wood shafts? I know the 3/8x10 joint has been around a long time but most cue manufacturers use some kind of metal inserts in their shafts, so...

    Three cues to compair ...

Just want to make sure you know...McDermott cues are made in the USA but their Star cues are not; They're made in China or elsewhere.

    New cue

I just got a Pechauer JP02-N. It's great, and I looked at the Pro series...which has a piloted joint and a different tip, but wasn't sure that was worth an extra $100. Have you played the JP series and what are the differences between them and the Pro? Thanks.

    New cue

I'm fairly new to the game but I've done a ton of research for my recent purchase. If you're going used that gives you a lot of options, but if you want new I'd go with Joss or Pechauer if you prefer a firmer hit, McDermott if you like it a little softer.

    Pechauer JP series vs. McDermott

I looked at Joss hard, but based on comments I've read here, and the similarities between Joss and Pechauer (stainless steel collars and joints), and the fact the Peach has a lifetime warranty where Joss does not, I went with Peach. I would probably buy a McDermott next because of the contrast...

    Pechauer JP series vs. McDermott

I'm a relative novice to the game. I retired and found out I love playing pool, and I now play 3-4 times per week for an hour or two each time. Just learning about pool cues, cue construction, etc. There's a billiards supply store nearby and I just had the chance to hit some different cues and...
