It's might be a Predator proto hybrid shaft designed by Mike Dechaine 2-3y ago. The shaft is indeed wrapped in a black durable coat...not sure the material used tho. It actually plays pretty stiff and has a great feel to it. Hope that helped. Chris@2015 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
