    I have played with that cue Buffalo Floyd. That cue was owned by J.H. Jr. in Buffalo NY. I have played with that cue close to 20 years ago at Classic Cue Billiards. I have a Scuggs #12 of the same vintage and was trying to get an idea on value and found this while searching.
