Smokin Cue is a great place, I was up there late last year and had a blast. Clean room, good players, good food, well kept equipment....what's more to ask!! There's some light action out there, possibly heavier but I wasn't really on the hunt for it when I was in town.

I haven't been on here long, but I've seen enough sour VV posts and negative claims. Enough to know that I probably won't be signing up for any events being hosted.

You might think it's unproductive, but it clearly produced two things to me. 1) What kind of buyer Ole Roy is, which may affect any of the readers here wanting to do business with him in the near or far future. 2) The moral character of the seller, which will also affect his future business...

Yep, agree on this. Players has all cues in that price range. McDermott has many players positive feedback as well. Can't speak for Outlaw but I'll take your word for it. Some of the best play I've seen [at the time] about 10 years ago, the kid was using a $90 players.
