Quid pro quo, why don't you prove that you are not "teddydog" but a real person. I have never had a problem saying who I am or hid from cameras. We can check the streams and other personal camcordes videoing the finals match and see that you had a better vantage point than the TD, all the...

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

So a TD with more years refereeing than JJ a been a pro, can miss a call. if they were out of position, turned to hush a spectator or other distaction but Ken was in position just to the right of Mike witha perfect view of where stuck the cue ball, so I have a pulled photo of Ken getting into...

Not sure why you are yelling "mens match", but if your are asking a civil question of did I use a shot clock on a mens match then the answer is yes, and more than one. We can keep this up all day and I am sure you can make it to 50 posts  Maby by then you will nolonger be "teddydog"...

BCA Rule Question? Re: OB frozen to rail

Well if the majority of all players from pro down to newbees had the integrity to hand the ball to their oponnet when they felt they fouled instead of sayin "well the ref did not call it no foul" You would not need refs let alone replay. They do it in golf, that sport seems to do well Kennan

Me too, I was very imperssed with how she held up during her match with Kelly Fisher she sure can put on the pressure. Twice Kelly put her on two fouls and both times she double or tripled kicked her way out, Kelly had 3 break and runs, and when she was not running out, she hooke or...

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

I cannot confirm the time on Jeremy and Klatt match cause I was refereeing another match, but as stated in earlier posts the use of the shotclock or when to start it was up to the ref at the table unless the TD told them to start it. TD Ken Shuman was refin a match during the winner side match...

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

All tournamnets that I have been involved in has had an established time limit, most don't use a shot clock, so time limit up last game wins. Thankou for watching from Thialand, great to know this event is international Kennan

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

Yes it was agreat event just clarify shotclock times did not change at anytime during the tourny, 45 seconds and one 30 second exstension, per player per rack, if the match goes hill hill then each player gets two 30 second extensions instead of one, but only if a match goes to hill hill...

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

As with refereeing if you are not 1000% sure of a ruling you defer to the TD, so as far as the hotel presuring them to get out, I can only say the Emmbasy rep I spoke with after 2am Monday moring asked if they need to lock the banquet room or if the Ultimate 10 ball security would be their all...

Changing the Rules in the Middle of a Tourney..

Well in any billiard event that has referees I have yet to see a player call a foul then and only then it be applied legaly. ie: Play says I fouled, ref did not see it, no foul, player then taps cue ball with tip of cue or picks up cue ball, then yes it is a foul but not because the player...

BCA Rule Question? Re: OB frozen to rail

OB frozen, cue ball hits frozen OB then hits the same ralil as frozen OB good hit OB frozen, and cue ball is frozen to OB or same rail as OB then hits the OB and both balls only contact the same rail without hitting another ball and then being driven to said rail FOUL Hope this helps Kennan

    Congrats To Allison Fisher

Everyone in the money in this tournament had to be playin in top form, even the non-pro players are the top in their leagues. Awesome event, glad Zach asked me to assit rather than be a 3 day railbird.

    Black (new) Magic Rack?

If the rack is used properly the ten ball should only move if it is kicked by another ball coming back to the rack area.
