Hi....There is a big difference ! I used tan Master for a long time for the same reason so the shaft will not turn blue. The tan is much coarser and does not stay on the tip as well. You will see it all over the table in no time. I switched to Silver Cup tan and it's as good as Master blue!!

Tried the Everset and started to mis cue, coming off of a Talisman WB hard, which I will never leave again!!!!!!!!!!!! I will go to WB medium but even with the hard I almost never mis cued.

Hi once again..... If you did it with the shaft attached then that measurement is impossible. Put the cue together and balance it on your finger and measure from the end of the butt to that point. The reason being is that every cue maker put his wraps / handles at different places on the cue so...

Hi.....Please measure the balance point from the butt of the cue. The only accurate way to do it. I am very familiar with Bryans work. As a matter of fact he is making a shaft for me now. Thanks again.

Hi....Thanks for your quick reply. I'm edgey about it too. How about a 4 in. pin?. The cue is 17.5 oz. and it balances out at 18 in. from the butt, simply too 'back weighted' for me. Thanks for all you help.
