No insult intended This is the only big 1p tournament that Ralf plays in. If he played in more it would a different story. He simply is too good a 'pool' player not to be good at one pocket. Same can be said for 14.1, how many 14.1 tournaments are there, the answer really "NONE"

FYI....Don't know if this is right or wrong but I use Elkmasters.......and no milk. I use Vise Grip pliers to compress and no milk......it's easy to over compress them. I buy them from American Cowboy Billiards ( ebay ) A lot of people seem to think milk (or whatever ) is necessary. maybe it is...

I have a Schmelke also and they have (mine anyway) has a sealer on it that is the best I have ever seen on ANY shaft!!!!!. You should not need to seal it. If you have any questions ask Schmelke,( they have a web site) they are very nice people to deal with.

I have seen many cues sold with and Ivory sleeved joint and being called and Ivory joint. What's the point or benefit of such a joint when so little Ivory touches the shaft as compared to full Ivory face. I can't see where it affects the hit to any great degree. Thanks for any and all insight.
