Trying to be neutral here, but I don't think you proved anything really. Just because he says what packaging you might have used does not prove that he has the package. I believe the was assuming that you used his old packaging because he claims that you switched cues and "returned" the cue to...

Mine just arrived on Fri. Was shipped on Mon or Tue I think. Thanks, haven't tried them yet, but they look super clean and great. 16 tips + 2 oinkers, came in a little case too.

This might sound crazy, but maybe he builds them. His feedback shows that he bought two similarly looking blanks for the cues, and about a month later after buying each blank, he sells the cue.

I'll take the black one if available.
