You can get a Cuetec w R-360 shaft on Amazon in the $150 range. They play well, its easy to adjust weight, and for that price can't go wrong.

Not close to Maryland, but Ariel Carmelli out in CA would do a great job with that design. Some examples of his work can be seen on superiorcues.com website.

Some saying having to do with cold things and hell comes to mind.

Try Jacoby cues. They make the "Edge" LD shaft which is what I've been using the past two years. I like their performance over Predator or OB.
