    Rubbing alcohol? Or denatured? Btw, what's the differenve? The one i linked to is a wax free formula, is that important? Or any lacquer would do? So you leave your cue on the sanded lacquer? If i were to wax it, on long (just approx.) in minutes to polish it off? Thanks a lot

    Trying to figure out the size of the bottle I'm ordering.. once opened, how long can I keep it? I mean if I can keep it for just a couple months, no point in buying a large quantity as I don't do enough shaft maintenance for this! Thanks

    I see that this sealer easily cleans up with ammonia and water. so could I remove the wax applied after the sealer without having to re-seal?

    I got lighter fuel and rubbing alcohol (which I'm no longer sure it's right!).. anyways.. when sealing and applying wax, what step remove the wax and not the sealer? In other word, what's best to remove the wax to re-apply new wax? and what's good to remove wax + seal to start over?

    So to burnish the side of the tips, you simply use leather or back of sand paper, at high speed on the lathe? Do you need to apply lots of pressure or not too much? and for approximatively how long?

    Interesting. I'm pretty sure my cleaning product remove everything, sealer included. What do you use to clean? And to seal? Regards, Mart
