    Cyclop vs Aramith Pro tournament

I certainly will. They only bought 1 set though.. and having a table at my place, I don't play there often... Wanted to exchange my aramith pro tournament (or sell them) to get a cyclop set.. Will see :)

    Cyclop vs Aramith Pro tournament

Set aside the color for the argument :) Well, I was told they were skidding less, due to increased hardness .. you'd disagree with that statement?

    Cyclop vs Aramith Pro tournament

The poolhall I play at purchased a set of cyclop ball. The owner told me that the cyclop balls are a bit harder and thus have less cut induced throw, less of cling time. What do you say? Is that true? How do both sets of balls play differently?

Should be pretty easy to make at home though! What kind of fabrics could I use? And for the powder? Baby powder?

    Powder device

Yup, exactly! How do you like that? I'm not using powder much, but summer is coming and sometime it is great to have some nearby. Plus in tournament sometime it could come in handy!

    Powder device

Hi everyone, I remember seeing (but can't recall where) someone that had a device or something that had powder to help with the bridge hand. Anyone know what that device would be? Or did I mis-see it and they just put some powder on the table and before every game or so, they would put some on...

Shane Van Boening Break Video Technique Analysis

So you're saying that before a tournament match, he places the 1 ball, then freeze the next two ball and tap them to make sure it makes a unvisible spot on the cloth?

Shane Van Boening Break Video Technique Analysis

Since what's most important is hitting the cue ball with a leveled cue, why move vertically so much? I mean it makes it harder to hit where you want... When I break, my upper boddy move up like Shane does, but I try not to move my cue as much as he does..

Need to change my tip, looking for a brand to try!

how is a softer tip more forgiving? and why would more advanced player use harder tips? I mean other than the feedback/feel, there must be something? I always thought softer tips produced more spin, so I thought Pro would love that..

Any CTE user in Quebec province?

Wondering if there are any CTE users in Quebec? Just wondering if anyone around (Quebec, Montreal, any where in Quebec Province for that matter) I could meet in person and discuss CTE. Cheers!

Need to change my tip, looking for a brand to try!

I got some spare Moori Hard, and Kamui Hard. I guess I should try these before ordering any new tips. See if I prefer soft or hard. Since I got 2 Vantage (predator) shaft, I could use one with a hard tip and one with a soft and play with both for a while and see!
