I dont have measurements, but its definately at least over 13mm. The ferrule is ivory and has a fracture line, it does not affect play at all. Has a new moori medium tip. Shaft is dead straight. Weight is believed to be at least 4 oz Minimum this is the stiffest Shaft I have ever shot with, only...

Im not 100% sure, i believe its a 5/16x18 it weighs 23 oz, ive taken the weight out and its around 19 oz, it does break a ton without much effort
