Yes this is a repair I have done. I have had it fix the cue 100%. I have had it fix the cue 98%. It was much better then before repair in all cases. But this is a South West a valuable cue. There is a problem put a jump joint in a break cue. You will make a cue jump cue size cue. No problem. But the weight balance maybe wrong. See a jump piece needs to be very light to jump really well. So if the weight in your cue is forward waited you will not get a great jump cue. It will be...

This will need to be custom. You will need to give a shaft up to copy at best. You may need to send the butt to some cue makers. Good luck this will not be cheap.

These machine are perfect in every way. I veiwed them when I picked up my lathe. I also used the the cabinet saw.
