I've only played with the Samsara Low Deflection shaft. I can say that it's by far my favorite LD shaft. It's a solid shaft with extremely low deflection. Not sure how they do it but it's the real deal. Never played with the whole cue so can't speak for that. The True shaft is off the hook...

First of all he's 16 years old. Stroke was percise and smooth as anyone on the planet. He went pretty deep in banks and 9 ball and played well on the 10 footer. He definitely is a beast for his age and he was very well composed. If he continues, we will see his name many more times.
