    Need Info on a cue

Sorry, but I don't use the rhino head unless I scrimshawed it(2 cues) on the butt cap. My cues are signed in a 2 line signature: Rhino by Wilhite This is done on the forearm.

Help with info about a cue with the RHINO logo on it? Who made it, and where? Thanks.

I now live near Junction, Texas and my cues are always signed in a 2 line signature: Rhino by Wilhite. I built 2 cues that had a Rhino head scrimshawed on the buttcap but the piece was ivory in both cases. The other Rhino cues with picture logos are all Asian imports. Jim Buss, as a joke...

    Richard Black Titlist

He is, in my opinion, one of the top 2 or 3 cue designers, ever. His design work seems to cover every facet of life, even cigar bands! The man has a fertile design mind and his cues are beautiful and valuable.

See MahnaMahna's post and there is the religion connection. Perhaps you could use a drink. It might help you to read better.

IF You've Ever Asked RKC for Table Advice..

This interests me because some are complaining about one guy trying to help another and, in the process, some are griping about it.

IF You've Ever Asked RKC for Table Advice..

The guy had an accident, for Heaven's sakes. His friend posts more than once and some of you act like it is a capital offense. If you are irritated by the multiple posts, don't open them or complain. Move on to something that interests you. Personally, this post was the first one I had seen...

    Carolina Cue rehab project

Turning down the butt to get rid of the low spot would be a bad idea as it would be much smaller than the current taper. I suggest replacing the butt sleeve, save the rings and butt cap, refinish and rewrap. Yes, it is no longer original but it will look nice and make a great playing cue.

    Ivory? Cue ball

It appears to be ivory to me, also. Pictures could be better but the grain is there as is the nerve channel.

Someone on AZB sold the Willie Hoppe Decals for replacing an original. Does anyone know who that might be and a contact name or number for him? Thanks for your help.

    linen wear

Any competent repair person can do a linen wrap. If this is a cue by a well known maker, you might want to consider having him do the re-wrap. Just my 2 cents.

    Been thinking about, 'mortality'...

That is a real truth. At 72, I can think of many friends, girlfriends and family members who are no longer here. Vietnam took a number of my friends from our area high schools, car accidents, and health issues got a lot of the rest. A few suicides, too. It's strange but when I recall them in...

    New Case

I am glad that you shared the story. I admit to wondering why Larry's name was on your case but now I know. AND, it is a great story. The case is a really great one. Anyone would be proud to own it for its beauty or the history behind the case. Congrats.
