No, it's not. No, it's not the case. This cue was let go because its ivory is indeed 30 years old, which is definitely pre-CITES. And also because of the letters from Pete to convince F&W that the cue is 30 years old. For a new cue with young ivory, no chance to let go when gets caught. Rudolph
