This is fair criticism, thank you for adding it, Mike. I have a mic/caliper and scale on the way from Amazon. Due this weekend, and I'll add the info immediately and bump it.

Agreed! I was shocked that there was as little interest as there was. Economy?
I think Predator hit a home run with this design. I'm a sucker for butterfly cues, though.

Wrap-less cue, harder to find. Used for one APA session, while waiting for Custom cue to be built.
Hard to find. I've read that they only made 75 of this cue...
Ray Schuler. Originals. I know most think these were simple or he made too many, but I LOVED the hit on his cues. I took a long hiatus from pool and returned after Ray passed on. I tried current models from Jacoby but they seem to lack "something". I'm too stupid/talentless/ignorant to put...
THAT is effect that the overall lowering of standards/rounding off the corners that we've collectively done as a society. We have lowered the barriers of entry on so much. Look at the way people dress getting on an airplane for the past decade.
I thought the same thing. If you are standing in a bar/poolhall and someone states "wipe that smirk off your face", you don't generally let your attention wonder too far from that conversation as things could go sideways at that point.
A separate note, I don't understand the push for a "Clean...
I started using break cues to cut down on tip shaping/replacement. I've used several just trying to see if there was a difference and it breaks down like this for me;
breaking with playing cue = changing tip more often. good control on a bar box, less of a hit on a 9ft.
Predator break cue =...
I've got a handful of extra various original Schuler tapers as well as about 9 or 10 original Schuler Cues. None are SLC. European, Constant, Pro and Schuler Pro tapers. If you find yourself needing an additional Schuler cue or shafts, dm me.
I had the same question last year. I went with the 9' because I always enjoyed travelling to a "real pool hall" as a kid and they had the 9 footers. If we wanted to play on bar boxes we...went to bars. It doesn't matter as much to me if it's "Not what I play on in leagues." I have no...
Mike Massey and Jeanette Lee get my vote. They are simply good people. From talking with Mike at one time, I'd say he is one of those people who have "never met a stranger".
I would say that is a great answer... for you.
Why does it ALWAYS seem to take less than 10 posts for someone to shit on the thread. If it's meaningless, then walk on by. We get it... you "know" and we are all stupid. Thank you. FFS.
If this applies to you, use some self control. Next...
Amen, brother!
I can tell you that I've seldom seen questions on this forum that DON'T get slammed into the ground. It has kept me (and likely many more) from posting on many occasions.
I'm not as seasoned or experienced they way most here are, but the best single cue I have ever hit with was a Schuler cue. Specifically, Robert Byrnes' personal cue(the one he used on his DVD's). I have played a single 9-ball rack with it. It's got an older style Schuler joints, with less...
