Ever seen or made a stippled stack leather wrap?

The term stipple can also apply to a random pattern of small depressions applied to a surface to increase the friction and make the surface easier to grip. This process is similar to knurling or checkering, but is often used on complex curved surfaces, such as anatomical grips, where a regular...

    Varney veneered fullsplice

The Schmelke is a full splice... with a handle added. :grin-square: great blanks by the way, Steve Klein made a really nice cue out of one a while back that was listed on here.

    Varney veneered fullsplice

I'm sticking with my guess, I cherrypicked 3 or 4 blanks from them a cpl yrs ago and they had different veneer combos.

Good for you, so can I. And guess what, none of those other cuemakers got on this forum and knocked the quality of Schmelke blanks saying they were junk and would never use them either. And for your info, I carry my cues in a case not a bag. If you want to buy any, I'm thinking of selling my...

Dude, get a life. No one "jacked the thread up". I asked a question AFTER the cue was sold. If you don't like it, mind your business.

Varney Bacote & Purpleheart Break/Jump For Sale

How is my asking a simple question beating a dead horse? Not once in any thread on here have I ever jumped on a bandwagon nor "beaten a dead horse" I just asked a simple question, if you wanna answer it then go ahead. Or you can waste your time with stupid emoticons. Your choice.

Lol It actually has a very stiff hit to it. It has a very aggressive taper on the shafts, seems to be made pretty decent other than a couple sugar marks on the shafts. Some jackass just had one on e-bay calling it a "possible pre-date SW" Maybe I should list as that?? :D
