For the DCC one-handed one pocket mini, the rule has always been that you can use the rail to support the cue. So, it's not 100% 'jacked up' pool. I assume this year will be the same.

Never mind. The WTC 2010 brochure states that the tournament is from Jan. 30 - Feb. 7 and the TOP 16 teams will play from Feb. 3-7. Once again, another example of the world of pool shooting itself in the foot...
