    What carom table is this?

Hell, I think I could do it it under ten on such a tiny table. These guys are terrible. Unless there is some subtlety of strategy I'm missing, it seems like more than a few times they get close to putting the balls in the corner and then they just blast off with some hard shot and the balls...

    3c shot

Part of the new Korean break rules The default table is a pool table. You have unselect everything for billiards.

    What carom table is this?

I found this got brought up before https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/video-of-czech-four-ball-2019-tournament.503615/ I hadn't even noticed the no chalk. It's weird, since they are using spin. That can't be a 7 foot table, though, right? That looks like 6.

    3c shot

I don't like it, at all. Not at that sharp angle, dodging the yellow at the corner, backing up off the short rail? If I have the idea right. You know they have stuff like https://pad.chalkysticks.com/ now? You can draw it out in the same amount of time you go, "left, long, short, long...

    What carom table is this?

There's a red ball and a blue ball on the table, and everybody uses the red ball as the cue ball, and they put the players' scores in red and blue wtf?

    What carom table is this?

    Gandy "Big G" Pool Tables

Click on that link - there's a five page thread on them. The consensus is that the construction is not great. Not as good as a GC by...some or a lot depending on the opinion. sample opinion: Not even close to GC. GC's had the Monarch and Super Speed cushions . Better than any of the K66 on...

I don't get it, what's the diameter difference in snooker vs. pool balls, 5mm? Why would a 10.5 cue work fine for snooker balls but not pool balls?

In life and in pool, it ain't the size of the tip, but how you use it. If it's the flat spot that's working the magic, why couldn't you just put a flat spot on any size tip? If the size of the flat spot is the business, why not use a cue that's the size of the cueball itself and sand the end...

Lemme guess, it's a tradeoff between way more spin but much less accuracy??

The point you hit the cueball at is going to make the difference in where the cueball is going to go.

I would play 3 cushion with an 11.8 and the much bigger balls, then play pool with a 12.5 on these tiny little balls and it feels really weird. Like hitting a tiny ball with a baseball bat. It just feels better to me to have a relatively smaller tip, less clunky. But I don't get how anybody...
