Who makes the best linen wrap?

I have always wondered if the reason for the finish over the wrap was for protection during shipping. It gives the look of a linen wrapped cue with the feel of a wrappless. I think Meucci may have been trying to prevent the return of a large number of damaged cues.

Who makes the best linen wrap?

If you can wait a few years I might have something figured out. I have 40,000 yards of single ply 1lb juke linen going to make 9 ply 8-1 natural to color ratio. I'm hand twisting it with a drop spindle so I can carefully run it through my fingers and remove imperfections. Each ply was...

The guy charged me $30 shipping and handling he spent $8.75 on the slowest method they offered when he got to the counter. How is that my fault? $11 I would have had the cue in a week. Edit: i didn't even know there was an option that would move that slow. I specified all future sales to not...

Another horror story. When I was living in Hawaii. I ordered a cue from a guy that lived on the East coast. He sent it UPS ground. Saved himself 3 or 4 dollars from the next fastest method. I tracked this thing for 2 months slowly moving across the country. It gets to Los Angeles and sits for 3...
