I have a Huebler Chess cue with two broken shafts, I bought it this way, I would like new shafts made and would like the rings at the collar on the new shafts, can anyone make new shafts and put these collar ring on for me? who does quality work, thanks for you help!!!

I have a Huebler cue and wondering if anyone has info about it? it say Huebler Silver Jubilee 1973-1998 on the butt, this cue is very nice and looks like it has had little play, thanks for the help and answers
