This is one of those threads where I think to myself..."it takes all kinds and there will always be those who just don't get it, you know the ones who have sat alone at lunch since high school" lmao...The issues some people care about are amazing...ime guessing these are the same pool...
Schon is a production cue also just like Meucci Joss, Viking, McDermott, Players, Cuetec, Predator, etc, etc, etc,
Most custom cue makers don't have set designs, styles yes but set duplicated designs that they make hundreds of...no

I didn't say I wanted shi*t as you put it. I am saying offer tangible items with the AZB logo on them in exchange for gold status membership and make a nice profit and attract more people to do so... similar to how I get a $5 or less trinket every year for my continued $100ish membership...
I just wish the patches could be purchased in the market place instead of all this scavenger hunt lottery pay it forward type stuff...matter of fact if AZ needs to raise funds just sell patches/ keychains or make a "member" kit of logoed merchandise that would consist of say, a patch, keychain...
No, they were new and still wrapped...diamond honored the price that was listed before the increase. And I purchased mine four days before the tourney was over
Diamond most certainly does stand behind them. I had a small issue with one of mine and they replaced it no questions asked and were also very quick in doing so.
