Sounds like your subrail bevel should have been cut down to account for the width of the Artemis cushions. What kind of table do you have and what cushions were on it before?

Some of our tables were doing the exact thing, I found a penny in one of them that was causing the problem. In another table I did not find any obstructions, but I cleaned inside of the table real well and have not had a problem since. Please pass on any other suggestions you know.

We clean our tables on average 2-3 times a week, but that is in a commercial application where the cloth is subjected to many contaminants. We clean our balls in the Diamond ball cleaner 2-3 times a week on average too. Thru trial and error I have found while the Aramith cleaning products...

Sounds like you will need the sub-rails extended etc... not an easy job. We are trying to get Glen{ realkingcobra} to do this to out tables here in Peoria. Glen travels the country fixing tables, and is very good. You can also send the rails off to get done by a guy named Mark Gregory.
