She's using too much product. On the Ballstar, you should only dampen the sponge and not apply excess product on the balls themselves.

How long had the balls gone without being cleaned? What kind of pocket liners do you have? I run mine in the polisher after the 2nd or 3rd session. I don't get marks on my balls at all.

I've got a couple sets. These are made with Vigma's polymerized resin compound known as Kobo resin. I'm not sure if they use other resign compounds on their other sets. You'd have to check their website (www.vigma.com). I don't play with these much at all but they do play fine. The Zig Zags...
