    What do I have here?

I picked this up cheap... and before all the "haters" chime in... I'm not looking for "pot of gold". I'm looking for information. It looks old. I know it's very plain. Not super valuable but I'd love to have opinions on the maker. 58 1/4" length 18.9 OZ 12.7mm ferrule 32.5mm Butt The bumper...

Up and coming cue makers to invest in???

Thank you! My "playing" cue is a $200 Pechauer (the lower "JP Series", not even the "Pro-series). I've won HUNDREDS of tournaments with that. Although, I own "James White" and "Blud" cues. The one that I win all the tourney's with is a JP series $200 cue. LOL

Up and coming cue makers to invest in???

Exactly the type of conversation I was trying to get going. Not like I'm going out and buying every one of those cues, BUT I'll keep my eye out and if it's super cheap, might take a stab. That's the discussion. Wasn't looking for IRA investment advice. Just looking for small makers that you know...

Are those good cases? I know that it's very old. Made me think the stick might be worth something. I only paid $30 for it so it didn't have to be worth much. I really just wanted to see how it shot.

Several asked to see pictures of the case. I've included them (still covered in dust with my finger prints on it). How would I know that a "new" Taiwan cue would come in this case? The rest of the cue looked pretty old to me. And the case made me think even more so... The case is "well...

Up and coming cue makers to invest in???

I own 40+ cues already. If I were worried about having too much in pool cues, I wouldn't be asking the question. Please stick to the topic! I even specifically clarified the topic because I ALREADY have cues that I like to play with. Was wondering about "lesser known" good cue makers?

Up and coming cue makers to invest in???

These are TWO of the EXACT answers I was hoping TO FiLTER. Of course, I know this is the answer. Some of us LIKE owning cues AND like to hit with different ones from different makers. I was ASKING PLEASE if anyone has any opinion on "up and comers" in their local neighborhood. You guys are...

Up and coming cue makers to invest in???

For people just starting out collecting... what cue makers/brands would you suggest investing in now for UNDER $800 that will only GO UP in value? If people thought of collecting as an investment, or a collection to leave their children/grandchildren 30 years from now... which makers would you...

thanks. I'll keep my eye out for one now. I thought all those McD litho cues were crap. Did know that some had value.

Identify this cue with "W" logo?

I'll keep my eye out. Normally, I'd just cruise right by a Budweiser or Camel cue. What are they worth in good shape?

I'm at work now. I'll take pictures when I get home. The case is not fancy at all but clearly old. Old leather and felt cases are easier to identify than cues for me, evidently. LOL The case isn't worth a lot but more than this cue that's worth nothing.

BTW... Mine has no logo, has different bumper, has a fine red pinstripe ring on both collars but I'm convinced by everything else that it's the same maker as that "Hansinburg" cue shown above.
