    Longoni Blue Diamond Chalk Review.........

I've been using it for several months now and am pleased with it. It does indeed adhere better than other chalks.

    Please look bcapl!!!

It might though take an advantage away from a better athlete or somebody who works harder at his game. That is why Earl was so opposed to them for so many years.

    Please look bcapl!!!

I think it is a conspiracy that the Free Masons and the Illuminati are behind. Mingaud didn't really invent the leather pool tip while in prison, "they" were behind it using him as a cover and have been using the income from leather pool tips to finance their quest for world domination ever...

    I was on TV

I watched the first segment and thought you did pretty well. Though like all things pool, I have to wonder of how much interests it was to the non-pool playing public. When the second segment started and the psychic started babbling her nonsense I stopped listening and shut it down. I noticed...

    Long Live the Hustler

BS! I don't consider hustlers the world's low life, though some of them qualify, the people they gamble with for the most part want to gamble and want to take them for a ride, so they get what they deserve. Hustlers aren't like thieves, or even con men, I consider what Bernie Madoff did much...

    Lift the ban bca!!!!!!

Woohoo, I agree with it 100%. Ban them. It means I'll probably never be able to jump again, but I support this decision absolutely. I'll gladly see my jump cues and phenolic break shafts sit on my rack collecting dust forever. I use phenolic now because you have to, but I see it like the 3 point...

Couldn't make it because of league playoffs (My team was out in 2, I should have skipped it lol). Line up another one, I'll be there if it isn't a Wednesday. Steve.

    APA is not a Ripoff

That is a valid point, but a much different one than the original whine about the payouts.

APA - What a Rip Off.

Anybody who joins any league to make money is a fool, just like anybody who walks in a casino to make money is a fool. It is just a place to play pool. They're in the entertainment business, if you're not entertained go someplace else.

Why Are Women Considered Inherently Inferior?

The mechanics of the stroke does have to do with natural physical coordination. The average woman is just less coordinated than the average man. That is not something that is learned. It can be improved on, but each person has a base level of coordination that defines how much they can improve...

az get together at country club in chelmsford

Country Club is alive and well. I can't make it though, I have playoffs. BTW Tom, I got your book from Amazon, it arrived today. You showed it to me at Snookers, but I wasn't prepared to buy it at that time. It could be a while before I get to it. I've 3 novels in front of it and 4 or 5...

    8-ball rotation

It sounds something like Convergence 8-ball. Convergence 8-ball rules. Big difference is that like 9-ball you only have to hit your proper ball first, but you can put in any ball, except the 8, off a combo or billiard, including your opponent's ball, to keep shooting.

Top 10 sweetest strokes of all time

I don't know how Keith got on that list. As effective as his stroke is, it is not a thing of beauty. Ralf Souquet, though I must admit he has a nice stroke, he is so damn slow he is painful to watch play. It is funny the other day I was going to start a similar thread. I was thinking about this...

    Brunswick Centennial Cloth

I have asked the difference yet. He just shot me a quick email recommending it. I thought I'd get some opinions before I called him on the phone.

    Brunswick Centennial Cloth

I post this inquiry on the "Talk To A Mechanic" forum too, but I thought I'd get a slightly different perspective here so I'm re-posting it. My table is in need of a recovering. I've always gone with Simonis 860, but the mechanic I'm talking to suggested Brunswick Centennial Cloth...

    Brunswick Centenial cloth

My table is in need of a recovering. I've always gone with Simonis 860, but the mechanic I'm talking to suggested Brunswick Centennial Cloth (http://www.brunswickbilliards.com/brunswick_collection/centennial_cloth/index.html. Does anyone have an opinion about this cloth and if so what is that...

What do you guys use to hold chalk in your case?

I use a ziplock sandwich bag. Not the cheap supermarket brand the heavier brand name Ziplock. That will serve you well for a while then just grab another. However, since you don't like that idea... why not go to CVS and buy one of those large plastic pillboxs the kind people put their meds in...

az get together at country club in chelmsford

Found memories of North Adams, that's is where I went to school back when it was North Adams State College before they tried to upgrade there image to Mass College of Liberal Arts. Now I don't have an alma mater. lol. Does the Camp Light still exist? That was my main watering hole.
