I bought my inserts from him but he doesn't have any RH holders and no immediate plans to get any.

I just got two boxes of those inserts and they work great. The only problem I've had is finding a right handed holder. I got a left but can't find a right one.

If it were mine, I'd probably remove the current ferrule, shorten the shaft by 1/8" to remove the crack, and install a new ferrule and tip. Just my $0.02
