I use Blue (Flag) Master. I am not certain of the water or moisture content. I do not know the ingredients or how it is formulated. I focus on maintaining a tip that is well shaped and scuffed occasionally to hold the chalk. I chalk after every shot as part of my PSR by brushing the chalk on...
