First time on a 7 footer

You'll be fine, especially on those long straight shots which arent so long anymore! I grew up with a 7 foot bar box in my basement and it was a lot harder to move to an 8 or 9 foot than to go the opposite direction.

    Egregious, Blatant Disrespect

I had never heard of it till I moved to the south. Now we have a set under our covered porch. We usually play when friends come over while drinking beer and barbecuing.

Break, Jump, Game Cues I'm So Confused

So I'm getting myself a decent playing cue and I see a lot of other types like break and jump cues. As a purely recreational player I most likely don't need them, but how many of you actually use different cues for the different facets of the game? Note, I have been watching more pool on TV and...

    Player pictures

That's a great combo! I use the same one quite often for shooting people. It provides light weight, the ability to hand hold in low light situations and is right on edge of telephoto allowing some comfortable space between you and your subject.

    Storing Cues?

Yeah, its going in our kitchen/dining room so I was hoping to get a bench with a hinged lid for storing balls and cues. I would be fine with a vertical wall rack in the kitchen, but the lady that lives with me, not so much.

    Storing Cues?

So this is a total noob question and I apologize in advance if this has been covered ad nauseam on the forum. I've never owned a nice cue and based on what many of you have I still don't. That being said I need some advice on storing cues upright versus flat. My preference would be to store it...

    Pro Players and Tattoo's

FWIW. Even though I have no Tats, I have no issue with others having them. I actually find that a well done tattoo or group of tats can be very attractive on men or women. However, IMHO, unrelated tats placed willy nilly all over the body are not attractive to me, but that's what makes this...

A couple Lucasi cues were about $50 - $75 less than other online sites.

    Anyone Buy From These Guys?

Has anyone bought anything from these guys? Their prices on some items seem a bit too good to be true. Thanks in advance for any insight. http://www.mycustomgameroom.com/

    Game room recommendations needed

Any room for a dartboard on the wall? How about one of those multi-arcade game tables, they don't take up much floor space. Trivia on wall mounted TVs.
