Of course it does, but I an not sure if it's Ivory or not. Synthetic ivory can look very similar to pre-ban ivory, and I am not one to misrepresent anything. So to be safe, that is what it is? Exactly! If you are a cue collector, may be you can tell by the joint craftsmanship, I don't know...
