Tip Pics® are bad for layered tips 'cuz they put tiny pin holes in the top surface which weakens the adheive. You might try a bit of 150 grip sandpaper to lightly scuff the tip with a tapper but without tapping -- just roll the tip across. Troy...~~~ No comment on "free tips to all"... :)
