Matchroom said they used a combination of WPA rankings, BCA rankings and Fargo Rate.

Both Turning Stones, and Derby City also carry WPA partial points events.

"Looking" outdated and "being" outdated are two different things. If it's the BCA Ranking list you're looking for, I'd imagine the BCA would have the most current list.

Just a thought - but did you try looking at the BCA website?

The BCA has nothing to do with the Hall of Fame voting, they simply underwrite and provide funds for the HoF banquet each year. Like Major League Baseball, Pool & Billiards has a billiard media group (USBMA.com) that does all the voting for the HoF!
