Let's see your setup (with a twist)

We (the BreakRAK Boys) have been doing Video Analysis since 2012, when we were at the DCC. When we attend the Tournaments, we generally setup & do our Video Analysis in the Booth for the BreakRAK. Attached are a couple of sketches that we use for setup. WE are using 2-4 Canon GL2s & some...

    Funny pic/gif thread...

I don't think I'd use that Toilet. I didn't like taking a bath for about a month, after see "JAWS". When the head fell out of the boat, I almost peed my britches... My buddy got me out on the Ocean about 3 years later, went Salmon Fishing, but I watched that water...

Well thank you very much.... Jerry Brieseth came by our booth in 2012, at the DCC & shared that "little pearl" with us. Been doing that, since that moment....

    Tournament Press Releases

Jim is the very man that said to me, "he didn't fool with the newspapers or TV...." We should make an effort, across the land to get the newspapers printing articles about our Sport... This Little Light Of Mine, Yes, I'm gonna let it shine, Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine....

    Grip question for Dr. Dave

Are we talking about the weight of the hand, on the cue, or are we talking about the amount of energy supplied by the muscles in the arm, when striking the Cue Ball, with the Break Cue. To me, the hand is just gripping the cue, for control of the cue, in the stroke & online, so it goes down the...

    Grip question for Dr. Dave

I wonder if the poster wants to know where to place his hand, for maximum efficiency. I like to place my hand about 2-3 inches forward of my natural gripping area, to give my arm more strength in the task at hand.

    Remembering the 9/11 Tragedy

I remember that very vividly. I was already retired so I was able to watch TV for quite some time. I still think bad things about that day. Some of the S**T we are fed about that event doesn't add up. Having been in the aircraft business for 38 years, will do that to you.

    Tournament Press Releases

Maybe we can generate some interest for them. Lets all bombard some sports reporter's email, asking for new results on a specific tournament...?????

    Tournament Press Releases

I asked that question at Magoos once & Mac replied that he didn't fool with them.... I wondered about that, especially since since all or most of our tournament players have family & friends. Seeing yourself in the newspaper, in the Sports Section, ain't too bad. I've had my picture in there...

"The Social Pool Network" and the return of a predator?

The acronym must frighten or irritate some. I've been a part of Amway, Shaklee & Advocare for years & years. I joined them & once in a while I buy products or get a check from my membership. Who cares, I joined to have access to their products. Joining a big company, "at the bottom" is like...

"The Social Pool Network" and the return of a predator?

Yes, I played in the Tournament. I stated that I went out at the 3-4 position, after scratching on my shot. We were playing 8-Ball, BCA rules I think. I had him beat, but I went for a Hero Shot & turned out to be a Zero. But I didn't drive 350 miles, to play Safe. It was fun & I got to see a...

"The Social Pool Network" and the return of a predator?

I went to the Tournament they had in Dodge City & had a good time. Ended up in the 3-4 spot, but had a good time. Got to rub shoulders with some Pros & very good amateurs. Got to see a lot of players I know... looking forward to next year or the next tournament. Got to see Dodge City & some...

APA screwed our very own sleinen out of a national championship

I played APA two years, the second year I had a different "COACH"... He was "In It To Win It". After 2-3 times of asking me to "pull up", that was it. I quit. I told him that was a competitor, not an accountant. I then tried BCA for a year, but then business got too busy & there was no reward...

Antique Table Info & Help Please

When I purchased my first one, it was a little rough. I paid $450 for it & delivery. 2 years later & $7000 dollars, it was a beauty. The project was a labor of LOVE.... & the Table was perfect. The problem was that you can't practice on an Antique & take the info to town & play on a Diamond or...

Great article about reasons for the continuing decline of road players

Yeah, you could see it happening... Johnnie was at the Casino every day, instead of leisurely pocketing balls & waiting on some action, at the Pool Room. Then Pete left, Aaron went too, then Linny & Shrink. You could actually go into a Pool Room & no one would try to hustle you into a Game of...
