Correction on "Angle Detective Geometry" page A reader pointed out an error that I had on the Angle Detective Geometry page of the Theory section. I have since corrected it. The 'F' rectangle was showing 5/8. It has been corrected to 6/8 or 3/4.

I hear you, couldnthinkof01. It's good to know that with enough of the right kind of practice, feel can be developed. As much as I thought I had tried everything, it's quite possible that I never worked hard enough or on the right drills. Thanks for the positive comments on what you've seen so far!

Awesome! Thank you! I guess you're one of those players that just has the gift. But I appreciate that you're still going to give the methods a try. And I appreciate that you appreciate the math of it all! Thanks, Brian! I want to mention that your Poolology release was among the reasons I...

It's my pleasure! I'm happy to share anything I can. Thank you for the compliment and for noticing the plain language of the writing. I didn't want it to come across as too technical. I tried very hard to make it as clear as I could. As for the time I put into it? Well, it's scary. This project...

Thank you so much, Jay! I truly appreciate such a pleasant first comment about the release. Ya know, I can't remember why I went with bluepepper. It was so long ago and my memory is getting pretty bad. :( I do like the color blue and I like spicy things. Maybe that was it?

I agree. I'm a person who struggles to find that passion, but this has been quite an all-consuming and fascinating journey. Thanks so much for the encouragement!

Big release this Wednesday: 11 years in the making!

I had a crazy idea 11 years ago and pursued it for a short while, but for many reasons I got distracted from it. About 3 years ago I finally picked it up again, and for nearly the past 3 years I've been developing, testing and refining it. It has truly been the main focus of my life for all that...

Tip: Parallel line for CB path on break shots

Thanks, people! Wow, Texas Carom Club, you dug this one up from over a year ago. Fortunately it still applies. ;) Not that I'm saying this parallel line is everything, but it increases the odds of knowing where the cue ball will go if we're being lazy about checking to find exactly where the cue...

Hole Reinforcement Labels and Cloth Discoloration

I wanted to inform anyone using hole reinforcement labels that I just noticed a slight discoloration on my table’s Simonis 860HR where I had placed the Avery #6734 reinforcement labels as well as Avery multicolored hole reinforcement labels. Thanks. I'll read up on it. And I'll go ahead and do the one I was planning just to round things off before moving onto the much less scientific videos that I really wanted to focus on. I'll leave the science to you and Bob. Take care.
