I don't know Dean, but he seems pretty knowledgeable, and it also seems that he has played with a lot of cues from almost every major cue maker. If he says there is something special about that cue, there is zero doubt in my mind that it is true to some extent.

I think if you want to have the cue hit a ton, there probably has to be a request of sorts. Or maybe it's just used cues that have that option
