I have a maple stained Cuetec R360 cue - the 10th one on the Ozone site - and the shaft is now rattling. I didn't find it that LD anyway. Does anyone know of a regular maple shaft that I can replace it with and try to match the color. I don't need fiberglass or any composite - just hard rock...

It's probably been mentioned before on this thread, but how would you like it if I birdied a hole in golf and you made par and you got to hit first on the next tee? It's all about rewarding excellence. My advise is play up gentlemen and you will have nothing to be worried about

My Cuetec R360 shaft has begun to vibrate, seemingly internally. Does anyone know why and what can be done to fix the problem?

Chris, I think that your rules are fine - they are the same on my house table. Those kind of customers you don't need anyway. I'm happy that you are keeping your rule.

Schmelke makes great cues. I've never owned a Meucci so I can not give an opinion on them. The customer service from Schmelke is over the top excellent. You can't go wrong with them, especially with their price points.

I have some 13mm tips and all of my shafts are 13mm - supposed to be 13mm by the company specs. I'll buy some calipers tomorrow to verify. My question is, will 13mm tips fit correctly or do I need 14mm tips to cut down? I live in Costa Rica and my cue guy here says the 13mm are too small so...
