I took a new group shot since there have been a few changes to my tiny collection. I’ll be getting a Bob Owen full splice in shortly but felt the need to break out the camera last night. Cues are Joey Bautista, James M White, and Brent Summers.

The snakewood and the burl are both right up my alley! I really need to hit the lottery so I can feed my cue habit...lol.

I definitely notice your different taper when I play with the cue. My had is usually between just inside the handle section and the very end of the butt on the cue and, while I haven't measured it, it almost feels as though the radius is decreasing!

I agree. I was just looking at his Facebook page and he posted some cues recently that are incredible!

That's the way it has been for me as well. I'm usually the only person playing. There will be someone come in for a few games here and there but I'm the only one playing for multiple hours. That said, this has been during the day. I'd love to eventually get a nice table at home but I've got to...

Like PT said, good food and a loyal following. Not to mention that the tables have been paid off for quite some time...lol.

Yeah, I received the cue in 2007, the tables are more than a century older! Thanks, I really like the feel of lizard. I had linen on some of my first cues but I don't really like the feel/slickness of linen and need some sort of leather or wrapless nowadays.

Feeling nostalgic, thought I'd bump this thread as there are some spectacular cues here even though a lot are no longer hosted. The 10 point green cue from Sanj is still one of my all-time favorite designs!

Ditto, though, I very much like the ebony pointed cue with butterflies! A gorgeous bunch for sure!

I tried a bit of snooker today and about 20 minutes worth of 3-cushion. After a couple racks of solo snooker I started working on just trying to straighten out my stroke as this let me know how lazy my stroke and aiming has gotten! At the end, I racked the reds and practiced a bit of one pocket...

Looks awesome! How does the wedge affect the feel in the hand? I’m almost always on the end of the cue.
