He picked up the 9b. They are apparently playing all ball fouls. Ultimate conclusion after the argument was 9b goes down and BIH to Oscar. Not sure whether the 9b should go down or respot. Otherwise clearly a foul.

I think the impact of new cloth is greater the harder the table. On a WNT tuned table once the cloth is old so many balls that “should” drop just don’t. I’ve seen 700+ players hang balls. So I would guess it’s multiple games in a race to 10 where it’s the difference between a win or a loss vs...

I watched all his streams this event without incident. Maybe you have to like or follow him on FB. BTW if you have a Digital Pool account (even a free one) you could watch any match (except when the stream was messed up).
