I have an old Brunswick Chateau with the pinned slate. Can this model be set up to play as nicely as Gold Crowns ? What would have to be done to "tune" it?
Thanks.
Bob
First
The first cue I had when I stopped playing off the cig. machine(there was no wall rack) was one of the five peice with movable weight rings everyone on here laughs about. I even upgraded to the screw on tip. It was 1977.
Glue
I cut mine so it fit perfectly and didn't need glue, but you should use something that will allow you to remove it if it gets dirty. Try two face tape.
Dedication
It's nice to see a young man with the dedication and desire to want something and actually have the drive to put in the time to achieve it.
Good luck to you Sir. Never be afraid to reach for what you want.
Cheat it to one side and make a short, properly weighted stick for the short side. Three out of four sides will play normally. Beats the heck out of nothing.
