To start, reading this thread was 15 minutes of wasted time I will never get back. I don't understand something. Try taking a couple of Advil about an hour before your go shoot. Helps keep the soreness away for a couple of hours. Also, after about four hours, take a couple more. Drink plenty of room temp water. You may want to do some light stretching. These thing work for this old and tired body.

Is your table in the garage? Could also be the temperature, or dampness working..
