    Am I the only one?

14 years on a McDermott I've changed shafts a few times, and tried different tips, but still use the same McDermott D17. Bought used in '91 or so

    8-ball lucky?

Pro's and 8ball To think Pros will struggle with 8ball is a mistake. I agree with StevenP that Pros will adjust. Most will do just fine with 8-ball, except when the feeling that great shots make runouts becomes overwhelming. Those that use more caution and safety play will be the doninating...

Wher do you live, What Happen with Gas Prices, and are there LINES to Fill-Up

In Minnesota mid-last week, all stations seemed to jump to $2.99, then some to $3.25-3.45. Yesterday, I noted a lot of stations down to $2.79. The other story will be the prices of natural gas for heating, etc. You haven't seen those bills yet, but that will be the other shoe to drop...

Cut shots - Outside English or Inside English?

I do understand, Bob, and occasionally forget to compensate for one or another. I'll try more centerball for a few nights, and see how it works for me. SJM, thanks for the link; it was indeed the same question! Good helpful discussion VAP why do you say outside english with LOW; doesn't that...

Cut shots - Outside English or Inside English?

I had been having trouble in making cut shots consistentently, say 30-45 degree cuts. Now I aim using ghost ball, rather than contact point, and then adjusting a bit further to use outside english. My accuracy has jumped pretty dramatically, even on some pretty thin cuts. So my question...
