    Brunswick SuperSpeed Bumpers

To the best of my knowledge Brunswick Superspeed cushions are made by a Taiwanese/Chinese rubber company. The same company sells to other Chinese distributors. I don't no what Brunswick's clause is, if any... I know that Diamond was using some cushions in the late 90's that were almost...

    Where to buy Artemis k66

I'd give Diamond another shot. How were they giving you the runaround? That doesn't sound very characteristic of Diamond... You could try to call Connelly Billiard Mfg. in Tucson, AZ. I'm not sure if they still stock it but they used to go through a bunch.

    antique table valuations

That is a gorgeous piece. There has been an Arcade on ebay for $25,000. I would say a table as pictured above would realistically pull $9,000 - $1200. Its a rare table and a rare design... The one on ebay will sell eventually. Its all about finding the right buyer...

    Century/Centennial Cushions

They are usually found on inexpensive tables... I think Brunswick predominately used them on their lower end tables from the 70's - present. Did you have plans on using them?

    Antique BBC, lever rail system?

Nice job on the table... I've never seen plastic pockets on an exposed pocket table before. That's pretty neat and economical!

    American Heritage

Pat, The tables aren't built in Ohio... You fell for that too? I have been to the old American Heritage "warehouse" in Brunswick, Ohio. I have a good friend that is a partial owner of Lighthouse distributors (they used to share a warhouse with AH). I have rare pictures of the rail/leg boxes that...

    cloth stretching

If Simonis or any worsted wool for that matter I stretch more laterally then I do straight across. I stretch pocket to pocket laterally just as tight as I would pull across the table to keep all of the pattern tight. Its a feel thing for me and it isn't measured, I can see the pattern myself but...

    American Heritage

Do some research... You can't judge a good mechanic by these tables. A good mechanic can make the table look nice, level etc... But its what happens when you leave that is out of your hands. Like you said Glen... If you want it to play like a Diamond it will cost you about $7000.00" :) A common...

    Poolschool is the Man!!!

They were originally using 3/16" facings... Jamie ordered the good facings from Diamond 7/16". I think this is as big as they come. They are really nice facings but require a lot of sweat to get them mounted properly. You can't really extend the subrail on a Diamond because if you notice...
