Joe Tucker's "Racking Secrets" is pretty tough to find as it has been out of print for several years. Your best best is to purchase a copy of Charley Bond's "The Great Break Shot" in which one chapter is a reprint of "Racking Secrets". You can order it from Charley at his website...
