Thanks for all the suggestions. I've never heard that about the rubber going dead from not getting enough play but, up until just a couple months ago, my table sat there covered for 2 years, so maybe there's something to that. Jerry, I'll do my best to keep my mountain bike off the table! ;)

I can't read a lick of this either, but I respect the guy's willingness to play the best players in the world for this kind of money. He's offering the type of score that most of us pool players have only heard stories about (and half of those probably aren't even true).

I know a lot of people who just read the forums but don't post because they don't want to get caught up in all the BS. Can't say that I blame them. I guess the rest of us are just masochists like that. :)
