I've had some time to go through this material, and I still need some more. This is difficult stuff but well worth it. I will say that there are many end-patterns presented here whose inclusion I'm not sure I understand. Some of the positions are so bad that not much can be learned here...

Hi Kaz. Not sure anybody would have that level of detail (who crossed 150 first) for all those matches, but even if they did, I don't think it would tell the whole story. I think both the favorites and underdogs "play to the score" a lot - i.e., it's easier for the underdog to get to 150 first...
