I keep it on my home table full time. I play out quite often in leagues and tournaments that use a regular CB and don't notice a difference in terms of control with regards to measles or not. To me, it seems that you are putting too much weight into the thought that it helps in some way.

When my wife wants to join me in the garage, I can only make two successful shots and then have to turn the table over. It sucks when we play 9 ball and she leaves the 789 because I also have to play shape for the next shot as part of our deal.

Exactly. Why was the 5 changed to purple when we already had a purple ball? Just make the 5 pink. I'm all for change, but when you leave the other 11 ball colors the same, this one just seems ridiculous.

I do 10 or so minutes of slow smooth strokes through the ball and holding while down for 3 or so seconds after the shot. I think this just mainly takes my mind off of whatever else was sneaking in there and gives me a reset. It helps a lot...most of the time.

I'm aware it's fake. I just thought it was interesting that someone was trying to pass this off.
