Nope, he was shooting old military rounds out of a Surbu RN-50 and got one that was extremely hot. Like 80,000 psi (est) out a a round that should have been below 50000 psi.

The only regular tournaments current running are at Fountain Corner Pocket. Friday night at 7:30, Saturday afternoon at 4 and Sunday afternoon at 4. Recommend you call or check Facebook before making the trip.
